Account Executive


Syntasa, an AI-assisted Customer Intelligence Platform, is looking for a results-driven, focused, and high energy Account Executive with strong knowledge of Marketing Analytics products or enterprise-wide software technologies and value-driven sales. We're seeking someone experienced in enterprise software situations to sell software to marketing and data savvy customers as well as C-Level and other decision makers. You'll be comfortable selling an analytics solution that empowers organizations to solve their most difficult data problems. You’ll also collaborate with a passionate team and work with industry leaders within the field of AI assisted customer analytics. 

Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst expanding existing accounts; driving pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence together with the Business Development Executive; creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s); engaging with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data; managing the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Product Management, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Data Scientists, Partners etc; daily update of the system with accurate customer and pipeline data; and accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • Demonstrable track achievement against targets and metrics
  • Credibility internally and with customers
  • Strong tenure with previous employers
  • Willing to travel to customers and prospects within the territory as needed
