Senior Account Executive

Syntasa is looking for a top Sales Account Executive who is passionate about hunting for new opportunities and demonstrates the tenacity and competitiveness to win. An ideal candidate is one who is not dependent solely on warm leads, but someone who enjoys the challenge of prospecting his/her opportunities. You are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, is solution oriented, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Responsibilities include demonstrating a competitive spirit that makes the team perform at their best; prospecting into targeted enterprise accounts in North America; crushing your numbers through accurate forecasting and pipeline management; negotiating and closing business through online meetings, phone, and in-person meetings; engaging customers with clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication; learning and communicating Syntasa’s product offerings to prospects and customers; and traveling up to 50% of the time. 

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of sales experience in high tech - preferably in the SaaS sector, data analytics and AI software industry, etc.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over the target and successfully selling into Enterprise accounts
  • Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a must
  • Core Domain knowledge of Martech software solutions/AI/Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated success with CxO and multi-level selling
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services
  • Professional appearance with solid business acumen and ability to present and negotiate
  • Strong time management, ability to multi-task, take initiative and follow through
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
